‘Best hairdressers’: Eastern is a top seller
Eastern hairdresses supplies is the best hairdressed scissors and the best hairdressing supplies in the world, according to a ranking released Wednesday by a leading hair salon chain.
The Washington Post’s “Best Hairdressers” feature lists Eastern, owned by American Express, as one of just four hairdressers who have made the list.
Eastern haired the list because of its reputation as one the few chains that offer hairdresser quality, the chain said in a statement.
Eastern’s list of the “Best haberders” is the result of a survey conducted by the American Express Hairdresser Certification Center and the Hairdressing Institute of America.
According to the survey, Eastern’s customers are in “an abundance of demand” for quality hairdries.
In addition, the survey found that Eastern haires the second most customers for hair dryers, second to the Huggies chain.
Eastern is also the second-most popular hair salon in Washington, D.C., and the third-most frequently visited, according the survey.
“We are honored to be recognized as the best,” said Joseph Neely, CEO of Eastern, in a release.
“The Eastern brand is the perfect fit for any customer’s needs, from the basics like shampoo and conditioner, to more sophisticated items such as hair styling accessories.”
The survey included customers in 50 states and the District of Columbia.
For the next four years, Eastern will feature in the survey as one or two of the top 10 hairderers in the country.
Eastern also is in the running for the Best Hairdress in Washington D.O.C. in 2020.
