Gabbianini has been at Roma since 2006, but is now the second longest-serving coach in Italian football history.
After two seasons at Milan, he joined Juventus in 2015, but his time at the Bianconeri has been one of the most successful of his career, as the Rossoneri won Serie A titles in 2015 and 2016, and Europa League success in 2016.
He also won the Champions League with Juventus in 2018 and again in 2020.
The Italian national team has won the European Championship three times, the Copa del Rey and the Uefa Super Cup.
But Gabbie’s most recent club, Inter Milan, has suffered through a number of coaching changes in recent years, including a loan move to Lazio, and it’s been a tough ride for the 33-year-old, who was named in the latest edition of the FIFA’s 100 Club list.
