In a new study, the Financial Times has shown the top 100 richest people in the world have an average net worth of $3.7 billion.
The richest 10% of the world’s population own the equivalent of more than 40% of global wealth.
They have the most money, but their financial interests trump their employees, the study found.
According to the report, the top 1% of people own almost 70% of all the world value of wealth.
These billionaires have an estimated net worth that is $6.7 trillion, making them the world leaders in financial wealth.
These billionaires are also the wealthiest in Asia, Latin America and Africa.
